Best Zoca alternatives in 2026
Zoca (zoca.com; its terms name Zoca Technologies, with a Bengaluru address and Delaware law) sells AI agents to salons, spas and med spas. A Discovery agent works on local SEO, your Google Business Profile and AI search, builds the website and asks clients for reviews. A Front Desk agent answers calls and texts around the clock and books during the call. A Booking agent runs the calendar and takes payments and deposits, and a Loyalty agent sends rebooking reminders and win-back campaigns; its menu also lists an Engage agent for outbound calls and drop-off recovery. Its FAQ says you decide what each agent may do alone, and that anything reaching a client, changing the calendar or taking money can be set to wait for your approval. It was founded in 2024 by Ashish Verma and Robin Chauhan and raised a $6M round led by Accel, reported in May 2025.
Zoca publishes no price: read on 3 November 2026, every plan on its pricing page ends in a Book a demo button with no figure, and six or more locations is a call with sales. People look elsewhere because they want a price before a call, because they do not want to move their bookings, or because they are not a beauty business, which is who its pages are written for. If you run a salon, spa or med spa and want search, phone, booking and rebooking from one company, Zoca is built for exactly that, and nothing else on this page puts all four in one product. AgentCeres is on this list for a different job: the website and the posts on your own Instagram and Facebook.

Three things to settle on a Zoca demo. Its own pages leave them open. First, whether you have to move your bookings: its homepage FAQ says yes, and that this is where the value is, while its pricing FAQ says it works alongside Fresha, Vagaro and Google Business without changing your booking or point-of-sale system. Second, whether the phone agent is in the base plan: the plan card on its pricing page lists the Discovery and Bookings agents as the base and Front Desk under add-ons, and further down the same page says Front Desk is included in your base plan. Third, what you pay to start: the same card says no setup fees on the yearly plan and is silent on monthly, and bookings and payments described as free still carry 2.9% per payment transaction, stated on its Booking Agent page.
What to hold a quote against, from the prices read today. GlossGenius Standard plus Reception is $78 a month from December, or $106 on Gold, which adds Google Booking and reviews. Reception's 100 minutes go quickly on a busy phone: 300 minutes a month adds $100. Add Paige for the Google profile and Standard plus Reception plus Paige comes to $177 a month, before card fees, for booking, payments, a phone agent and profile work from two vendors. Pie at its recommended $10 a day is about $359 a month before AI Front Desk, and most of that buys ads. A Zoca quote is fair to compare with those sums, and it is a single vendor where they are two.
Where AgentCeres fits. About three quarters of the people who sign up with us come to build a website first, and that is the part we do for a local business, with our social media agent writing posts for your own accounts and a website we build and host. We do not answer your phone, take bookings or touch your Google profile, so if calls are going unanswered, choose Zoca, GlossGenius or Pie instead. Our small-business page has the rest, and our Grexa AI alternatives and Pie alternatives roundups cover other AI marketing tools for local businesses.
How we checked. Read on 3 November 2026: zoca.com (homepage, /pricing, /discovery-agent, /front-desk-agent, /booking-agent and /terms-of-use), Pulse 2.0's May 2025 report of Zoca's funding, glossgenius.com/pricing, genius.ai/reception (where GlossGenius's Reception page now lives), getpie.com (homepage, /growth and /ai-front-desk) and merchynt.com/pricing. Pie's pages state its starting credit as both $300 and $360, so it is left out. Customer counts and results that each vendor reports about itself are its own claims and are left out of the comparison.

FAQ
- How much does Zoca cost?
- Zoca publishes no price. Read on zoca.com/pricing on 3 November 2026, each plan ends in a Book a demo button with no figure, and six or more locations is a call with sales. What it does state: bookings, payments and its Command Center are free at every location, 2.9% per payment transaction applies (on its Booking Agent page), and there are no setup fees on the yearly plan. For published prices to compare, GlossGenius is $28–$168 a month and Paige is $99 a month per business.
- Do I have to move my bookings to Zoca?
- Its own pages disagree. The homepage FAQ says yes, because its agents reach full strength only when your bookings live with them, and its team imports your clients, history and upcoming calendar. The pricing FAQ says Zoca works alongside tools like Fresha and Vagaro without changing your booking or point-of-sale system. Ask on the demo which applies to the plan you are quoted.
- Can AgentCeres answer my phone or take bookings?
- No. AgentCeres has no phone or text answering, no booking system of its own and no Google Business Profile connection. It builds and hosts your website and writes and schedules posts for your own Instagram and Facebook, which wait for your approval by default. If unanswered calls are the problem, use Zoca, GlossGenius Reception or Pie AI Front Desk.
