Best Tenably AI alternatives in 2026
Tenably AI (tenablyai.com) is an AI marketing teammate for small local businesses — restaurants, real estate agents, construction firms, medical practices — and for faceless video creators. It writes and auto-posts social content to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, collects Google reviews and drafts the replies, sends email and SMS campaigns, and runs a faceless video studio it calls its flagship. Read on its own site on 8 October 2026: Creator is $24 a month, Pro $49.99 and Business $90, with 20% off for annual billing. Its pricing FAQ says the first payment is collected at checkout, and we found no free plan.
This page is about Tenably AI the marketing platform — not Tenable, the cybersecurity company, and not Tenably, the Shopify accessibility tool. People look past it for one of four reasons: they only need posts scheduled and want to pay less; they run an agency and need a CRM, funnels and client accounts; their customers find them on maps and in AI answers rather than in social feeds; or they need a website and search work, which Tenably does not build (it offers Link Pages). If you run a restaurant or a local shop and want posts, review replies and email handled from one $49.99 plan, Tenably is a sensible choice. AgentCeres is the pick for the last of those four reasons: a website plus SEO, AI-answer visibility, social and content, from $39 a month.

The shortlist
Buffer
Top pickA social media scheduler: you write or refine posts with its AI Assistant, and it publishes them to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and more.
Pros- A free plan for up to 3 channels (10 scheduled posts per channel at a time); Essentials is $6 per channel a month, or $5 billed yearly (buffer.com/pricing, read 2026-10-08)
- Publishes to Google Business Profile and TikTok as well as the usual networks, and its AI Assistant is unlimited on every plan
- The Team plan ($12 per channel a month) adds unlimited team members and content approval workflows
Cons- It schedules what you give it; it does not plan your month, make videos or post on its own
- Social only: no review collection, no email or SMS campaigns, no website
- Priced per channel, so five brands with an Instagram and a Facebook page each is ten channels
- Pricing:
- Free (3 channels); from $6/channel/mo
- Best for:
- People who will write their own posts and want the cheapest way to publish them
GoHighLevel
An all-in-one CRM and marketing platform built for agencies: website and funnel builder, email and SMS, calling, booking calendars, review management and social posting, organised into client sub-accounts.
Pros- Covers nearly every Tenably job in one place, plus the CRM, pipelines and booking calendars Tenably does not have
- Starter is $97 a month for 3 sub-accounts, Unlimited $297 and Agency Pro $497, with a 14-day free trial and no contract (gohighlevel.com/pricing, read 2026-10-08)
- Agencies can resell it: on the Unlimited and Pro plans, usage costs can be rebilled to clients with a markup
Cons- Phone numbers, SMS, emails sent and premium AI are charged by usage on top of the plan
- A toolkit you set up rather than a teammate that does the work: the AI Employee add-on is $50 or $97 a month per sub-account, and SEO (powered by Search Atlas) is $79
- More than one shop needs — the plans are counted in client sub-accounts
- Pricing:
- $97–$497/mo, plus usage
- Best for:
- Agencies running marketing for several local clients
Pie
An AI marketing platform for brick-and-mortar businesses: AI Search, to get named in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity answers, and Growth, which runs ad campaigns on hyperlocal channels.
Pros- Works where a walk-in customer looks — AI answers and local ad placements — rather than in social feeds
- $59 per location per month, with the first month free and no contract (getpie.com FAQ, read 2026-10-08)
- Adjusts campaign spend automatically and shows every campaign in one dashboard
Cons- Ad spend comes on top: its FAQ recommends starting with a budget of $10 a day, and the subscription multiplies by location
- Nothing on its site describes social posting, review replies or email campaigns
- Its AI Front Desk for phone calls is listed as Coming Soon, with a waitlist
- Pricing:
- From $59/location/mo; first month free
- Best for:
- Shops whose customers find them on maps and in AI answers

On "everything waits on your yes". Tenably's AI Marketing Agent page says nothing goes out without your approval, its homepage counts "your yes on what goes out" among the three things it needs from you, and its $90 Business plan lists an AI Teammate that "runs your marketing plan unattended". Approval by default is the honest design for a small business — AgentCeres uses it too — but it moves the bottleneck to the owner's inbox. In our own production data, 20 of the 21 approval cards raised between 31 August and 4 September 2026 were never clicked. Whichever tool you choose, ask how many approvals an ordinary week needs, and whether you can approve a whole week at once (Tenably says you can) or switch on standing automations.
If faceless channels are why you use Tenably. Its own index describes the faceless studio as the flagship: any topic, AI narrators, videos from 15 seconds to 12 minutes, and one-click publishing to seven platforms. None of the four tools above does that — AgentCeres can make a short clip for a post, not run a channel — so keep Tenably for that job.
How we checked. Read on 8 October 2026: tenablyai.com (home, pricing, signup, AI Marketing Agent, Social Media Scheduler and About pages, and its llms.txt), getpie.com (home, Growth, AI Search and AI Front Desk, including the answers in its FAQ markup), buffer.com/pricing with its machine-readable pricing.md, and gohighlevel.com/pricing. Tenably compares itself with Buffer, Hootsuite, Later and Sprout Social; see our Buffer alternatives and Later alternatives, and for local ads and AI search, Pie alternatives. The search side of our own work is done by our SEO agent and GEO agent.

FAQ
- How much does Tenably AI cost?
- Read on Tenably's pricing page on 8 October 2026: Creator is $24 a month (1,000 credits, up to 2 social accounts, 1 brand), Pro $49.99 (2,100 credits, auto-posting, review monitoring and responses, AI email campaigns, 3 brands) and Business $90 (5,000 credits, the unattended AI Teammate, SMS campaigns, Auto Ads & A/B testing, lead prospecting, 10 brands). Annual billing saves 20%. Its pricing FAQ says the first payment is collected at checkout; we found no free plan, although some of its feature pages carry a Start Free button.
- Does Tenably AI post without my approval?
- By default, no. Its AI Marketing Agent and Social Media Scheduler pages both say nothing publishes without your approval, and you can approve a full week at once. You can also switch on standing automations, such as one post a day, and the Business plan's AI Teammate is described as running your marketing plan unattended. AgentCeres works the same way by default: outbound posts and emails wait for your approval unless you turn on Auto mode. AgentCeres never spends money you haven't approved. Inside a plan you approved it can pause, lower a budget or drop a keyword on its own; anything that would spend more or reach new people waits for your approval.
