What's the difference between Free, Starter, Plus, and Enterprise?

Free, Starter, and Plus scale on the same three things: how much credit your team gets each month, how many projects you can run, and how many schedules each project can keep running — see the allowance shown on this page for the current numbers. Free is how you try the full specialist roster before you pay for anything. Enterprise is different in kind, not degree: we build your workspace, set the growth strategy, and run it ourselves, priced on results instead of a fixed monthly fee. All plans include the memory system and IM delivery.

What's a credit — and what happens if I run out?

Credits are the unit your plan's monthly allowance is denominated in — see the allowance shown on the card for the current numbers. They cover agent activity: briefings, drafts, sends, optimization runs. Your balance renews every billing cycle. If you run out before the cycle ends, you can top up — a top-up is purchased in dollars and converts to credits at the published rate. We surface usage in your dashboard daily so there are no surprise bills.

What counts as a project?

A project is one product or brand workspace — its own brand voice, ICP, knowledge base, and dedicated agent outputs. Free gives you 1 project to try the team on. Starter and Plus raise that cap so a growing team can run more than one product or brand workspace at a time — see this page for the current per-plan limits. Enterprise sets the project count per deal.

How does the human growth expert work on Enterprise?

Enterprise includes a dedicated growth expert — onboarding, quarterly strategy reviews, direct Slack access, and escalation handling. AI agents still do the execution work; the human expert is the strategy and oversight layer that turns raw output into a real growth program.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Accepted Answer

Yes — upgrades are self-serve and immediate. Pick a higher tier (or switch monthly → annual) from your dashboard; we show the prorated amount, charge it on the spot, and your new credit and project limits apply right away. Downgrades aren't self-serve yet: cancel renewal in Manage billing, then resubscribe to the lower plan at the start of your next cycle.
