Starter ($39/mo) gives you $39 of LLM credit and 2 projects — the solo founder entry. Plus ($99/mo) is $99 credit + 3 projects — when a co-founder or first marketer joins. Pro ($199/mo, Most Popular) is $150 credit + 10 projects + a shared growth expert (weekly office hours with our ops team) — the small-team sweet spot. Growth ($499/mo) is $300 credit + unlimited projects + a dedicated growth expert + custom role packs + 99.9% SLA — for teams running marketing as a full function. All plans include the memory system and IM delivery.
- What's an LLM credit — and what happens if I run out?
- Your monthly LLM credit is the dollar value of agent activity included in your plan (briefings, drafts, sends, optimization runs). It renews each billing cycle. If you exhaust your credit before the cycle ends, you can top up — e.g., add $20 of credit for $20. We surface usage in your dashboard daily so there are no surprise bills.
- What counts as a project?
- A project is one product or brand workspace — its own brand voice, ICP, knowledge base, and dedicated agent outputs. Starter is 2 projects (a product plus a side project). Plus is 3 (a couple of side projects or a small portfolio). Pro is 10 (a small agency or multi-product startup). Growth is unlimited (full agencies or multi-brand orgs).
- How does the human growth expert work at Pro and Growth?
- Pro includes a shared growth expert — weekly office hours with our ops team where you bring questions, get strategy review, and escalate edge cases. Growth includes a dedicated growth expert — 1:1 onboarding, quarterly strategy reviews, direct Slack access, and escalation handling. AI agents still do the execution work; the human expert is the strategy + oversight layer that turns raw output into a real growth program.
- Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
- Yes — upgrades are self-serve and immediate. Pick a higher tier (or switch monthly → annual) from your dashboard; we show the prorated amount, charge it on the spot, and your new LLM credit and project limits apply right away. Downgrades aren't self-serve yet: cancel renewal in Manage billing, then resubscribe to the lower plan at the start of your next cycle.
