- We don't have anyone to 'own' marketing. Does AgentCeres need a manager?
- No. The AI Growth Officer decides what to work on and hands it to the right specialist. It runs on a schedule and sends the owner a brief by email every morning. By default nothing goes out until it's approved, but nobody has to project-manage it day to day.
- Can the whole team use what AgentCeres produces?
- Yes. Invite teammates from the Team page and choose which agents each of them can talk to. Each person's conversations with an agent are their own, while what the agents learn about your company is shared by the whole team. Drafts wait in the dashboard until they're approved. If you work in Slack, connect it and talk to the Growth Officer there.
- What if we only need one thing right now, like SEO?
- Every plan includes the whole team from day one, and you don't have to use all of it at once. Start with SEO or research, and add more once you trust the output.
- Will it send anything to customers without sign-off?
- Not by default. Posts and emails come in as drafts and go out once they're approved. If the owner switches on Auto mode, posts and emails can go out on their own, up to a daily limit. It never spends money you haven't approved. Research runs on its own.
- How is this different from giving a teammate a ChatGPT seat?
- A ChatGPT seat still needs a person to drive it, remember to do it and check the output, which is exactly the time a lean team doesn't have.
