Best Sprites AI alternatives in 2026
Sprites (sprites.ai) is a Y Combinator-backed AI ads agent for startup marketing teams. It researches audiences, writes and designs ads, launches campaigns and keeps optimizing them on Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit, and it adds an AEO agent for showing up in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini answers. Read on its pricing page on 9 October 2026: Build is $99 a month and covers one ads agent (Google or Meta), Launch is $495 for Google, Meta and AEO, and Grow is $985 for all six channels — or $66, $335 and $670 a month billed yearly. Scale is priced by sales. There is no free plan; Build and Launch start with a 7-day trial for $1.
This page is about Sprites the ads agent — not the pixel-art sprite generators that share the name. People look past it for one of four reasons: the plan that runs both Google and Meta costs more than they spend in a month; they want the changes to happen on their own, inside rules they set; they want people to run the account rather than software; or ads are not their bottleneck at all, because they still need a website, search traffic and posts. If you already spend real money on several ad networks and want one agent to run all of them, Sprites is built for exactly that. AgentCeres is the pick for the last of those four reasons: a website, SEO and AI-answer work, social posts, and changes to your Google, Meta or TikTok ads that you approve one card at a time, from $39 a month.

The shortlist
Adsroid
Top pickA conversational ads agent: ask it about your Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn ad accounts in one chat, have it build campaigns from a prompt, and let its Copilot optimize them.

- You choose the level of control — recommendations only, approve each action, or execute automatically within thresholds you set — with a log of every change
- Reads Google Analytics 4 and Search Console beside the ad accounts on the Scale plan
Cons- Ads only: no SEO content, no AI-answer work, no social posting and no website
- The automatic optimizer (Adsroid Copilot) and its competitor-ad radar are on the $99 Scale plan

GrowthGPT
An AI growth agent that plans, launches and optimizes ad campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok within the goals and guardrails you set, including image and video creatives.
Pros- Root is $99 a month for one ad platform, aimed at accounts spending under $30k a month; Bloom is $299 for unlimited platforms and video creatives (growthgpt.com/pricing, read 2026-10-09)
- Autopilot and custom rules are on both self-serve plans, so recurring budget and bid moves can run without a click each time
- Extra credit packs are $99 each and, by its own pricing page, never expire
Cons- Three ad networks only — no LinkedIn, Microsoft or Reddit — and Root is limited to one of them
- No SEO, AI-answer, social posting or website work
- We found no free plan or trial on its pricing page, and its FAQ answers only open in a browser
- Pricing:
- $99–$299/mo

AgentCeres
AgentCeres — the AI Growth Officer — is a managed AI marketing team, with SEO, GEO, social, ads, PR and community specialists, that also builds and hosts your website.
- Growth Officer
- Research agent
- SEO agent
- Social media agent
- Ads agent
- Influencer agent
- Launch & PR agent
- GEO agent
- Community agent
- Customer feedback agent
Pros- Builds, publishes and hosts your website, then reports its visits and form submissions — none of the three ads agents here builds you a site
- SEO and GEO agents for ordinary search and AI answers, plus posts to X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and Pinterest
- A free plan, a 14-day trial with no card, then one flat price — $39 or $99 a month — whatever you spend on ads
Cons- Fewer ad networks: its ads agent works in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads and ChatGPT Ads, not LinkedIn, Microsoft or Reddit Ads
- In a connected ad account, every change is a card you approve; Auto mode never covers ads, so nothing optimizes toward a CPL target between your check-ins
- Not built to produce ad creative at volume for a large testing program
- Pricing:
- Free plan; $39–$99/mo flat
- Best for:
- Founders whose ads are one job among a website, SEO and social
Uplane
A Y Combinator-backed AI marketing company that produces hundreds of on-brand ads with matching landing pages, launches them across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, and steers budget toward what performs.
Pros- Two ways to buy: Managed Growth, where its team runs strategy, creative, media buying and reporting for you, or the Enterprise Suite for your own team
- Builds a matching landing page for each ad, which none of the other three does
- Connects to CRM, CDP and ERP data (Salesforce, SAP and others) to target audiences
Cons- No published price — uplane.com/pricing returns a 404 and every route ends in a demo request (read 2026-10-09)
- Built for fast-scaling and enterprise teams; a founder spending a few hundred dollars a month is not who it is for
- Ads and their landing pages only: no SEO, social posting or website beyond those pages
- Pricing:
- No published price — book a demo
- Best for:
- Funded teams that want people, not software, running paid acquisition

Ask any ads agent for its list of changes, not its list of channels. "Runs your Google Ads" can mean very different things. Our own ads agent learned this the hard way: three times between August and September 2026 a customer asked for something it had no action for — removing two countries from a campaign, changing a budget, rewriting an ad's text — and it told them the limit was Google's, when the gap was ours. Each time we added the missing action and it now proposes them as cards. Sprites says every change is staged for your approval, and its FAQ says that from Launch upward the agent carries whole workflows between check-ins; ask which settings that covers before you pay for the tier. Its $1 trial is the cheap way to find out — its own pricing FAQ suggests running an audit and seeing what the agent would change before the plan price starts.
How we checked. Read on 9 October 2026: sprites.ai (home page and its FAQ) and sprites.ai/pricing, including the prices in its own pricing markup; adsroid.com and its pricing page; growthgpt.com and its pricing page; and uplane.com (its /pricing address returns a 404). Uplane has its own roundup at Uplane alternatives; for AI marketing teams that are not ads-first, see Grovio AI alternatives and Enrich Labs alternatives. On our side, the paid work is done by our Ads agent and the AI-answer work by our GEO agent.

FAQ
- How much does Sprites AI cost?
- Read on sprites.ai/pricing on 9 October 2026: Build is $99 a month billed monthly or $66 a month billed yearly ($792 a year), with one ads agent (Google or Meta) and one seat. Launch is $495 a month or $335 billed yearly ($4,020 a year), with Google, Meta and the AEO agent and two seats. Grow is $985 a month or $670 billed yearly ($8,040 a year), with all six ad networks, five seats and three business profiles. Scale is priced by sales. Plans scale with monthly credits, seats and profiles, not with your ad spend. There is no free plan; Build and Launch start with a 7-day trial for $1.
- Does Sprites change my ad account without approval?
- By its own description, Sprites works in stages: the agent prepares launches and edits, shows their expected impact, and you approve them before they reach the account. Its pricing FAQ adds that on Build you review each move as it comes, while from Launch upward the agent carries whole workflows on its own between check-ins, and you can set an Autopilot to run a trusted workflow on a schedule, such as a weekly wasted-spend audit.
- Which ad networks does Sprites support?
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping and Performance Max), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit, through official partner APIs — but the plan decides how many you get: one (Google or Meta) on Build, Google and Meta on Launch, all six on Grow.
- Is AgentCeres a Sprites alternative for paid ads?
- Partly. The AgentCeres Ads agent reads Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads and ChatGPT Ads, and proposes campaign, budget, keyword, targeting and ad-text changes as cards you approve. It does not run LinkedIn, Microsoft or Reddit ads, and it does not optimize on its own between your check-ins. If ads are most of your marketing, Sprites, Adsroid or GrowthGPT fit better; if you also need a website, SEO and social, AgentCeres covers those for $39 or $99 a month.
