Best Enrich Labs (Helena) alternatives in 2026

By Jake Luo · Published Sep 11, 2026

Enrich Labs (enrichlabs.ai) sells Helena, an AI marketing agent pitched as one agent that plans, creates and ships your content, ads, SEO and email, with a summary of what she did waiting for you each morning. The homepage introduces her alongside Sam for SEO and GEO, Kai for social listening, Angela for email and Paul for paid ads, and the site lists integrations from Shopify, Klaviyo and Mailchimp to Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, HubSpot, Slack and the Instantly cold-email tool. Its pricing page, read on 11 September 2026, lists Starter at $39 a month, Pro at $99 and the multi-brand Pro Plus plan at $199, each with a 3-day free trial and a monthly credit allowance, plus an Enterprise plan priced per customer. (Looking for alternatives to enrich.so, the contact-data API? That is a different product, and this page will not help.)

The detail most worth knowing before you buy is further down that same pricing page: the specialists are listed under Enterprise, as specialist agents on request. Starter, Pro and Pro Plus are Helena, the generalist. People comparing alternatives usually want one of four things — named specialists on a plan they can buy today, a trial longer than three days, an approval step and an audit trail on everything that goes out, or one channel done properly for less. The four below cover those gaps. AgentCeres — the AI Growth Officer at agentceres.com — is the top pick if yours is the whole specialist team on a self-serve plan, with a human approving what goes out. If you run an online store and want one generalist agent across content, ads and email that already reads your Shopify data, Helena is a reasonable choice — we say where below, and our own Shopify connection is not live yet.

    #1

    AgentCeres

A managed AI marketing team — an AI Growth Officer coordinating specialists for research, SEO, GEO, social, paid ads, Reddit, creators, PR and customer feedback — with the whole roster on every plan, and posts, outreach and ad spend waiting for your approval by default.

    Pros
    • The specialists are included on every plan and in the trial — nothing is held back for an Enterprise tier
    • A 14-day trial with no card; when it ends, the workspace drops to a free plan instead of billing you
    • Approval-first: posts, outreach and ad-spend changes wait for your yes and leave an audit trail — an opt-in Auto mode can skip the wait for everything except spending
    • Eight languages across the interface and the agents' output, and it builds and publishes real pages for you on request
    Cons
    • Our Shopify connection is still marked coming soon, so a store owner gets less from us today than from a tool that already reads Shopify
    • A far smaller catalogue — about fifty integrations, against the thousands Enrich lists
    • Approval-first has a cost: stop opening your approvals and the work waits for you (more on that below)
Pricing: $39–$99/mo (Starter, Plus); Enterprise per dealBest for: Founders and small teams who want the whole specialist team on a self-serve plan, with a human approving what goes out

    Okara

A self-serve AI CMO with a lineup of channel agents — SEO, GEO, X, influencer and a coding agent on Lite, with Reddit distribution, LinkedIn, a content writer and UGC video added on Pro — and a free tier to start.

    Pros
    • A genuinely free tier: a website analysis, a product document, positioning and ICP messaging, and a 30-day strategy for $0 (read 2026-09-11)
    • Broad organic coverage on Pro, including Reddit distribution, LinkedIn and UGC video
    • A coding agent on the entry paid plan, useful when your site fixes live in a repository
    Cons
    • Execution starts at $129/mo billed monthly — more than three times Helena's Starter
    • Reddit and LinkedIn sit on Pro at $249/mo, not on Lite
    • Its pricing page lists no paid-ads agent and describes drafts rather than an approval trail
Pricing: Free; Lite $129/mo, Pro $249/mo ($1,290 / $2,490 billed yearly)Best for: Solo founders who want broad organic coverage and would rather start on a free analysis than a three-day trial

    Ollie

An AI marketing agent built around a daily social habit: it learns your brand from a URL, drafts X and LinkedIn posts, and takes your approvals in chat — with an AUTO switch for the daily posts once you trust it.

    Pros
    • A free plan with daily SEO recommendations and X drafts (read 2026-09-11)
    • Approvals happen in the same chat the drafts arrive in, and AUTO publishing for the daily X and LinkedIn posts is a switch you flip when you are ready
    • SEO and GEO fixes arrive as GitHub pull requests, which suits a founder who ships from a repository
    Cons
    • Social-first: no paid-ads or email agent on the plans shown
    • The Reddit, LinkedIn, articles, Hacker News and GEO agents sit on Pro, not on the free plan
    • The $66 Pro price is shown with annual billing selected, so check the monthly figure before you commit
Pricing: Free; Pro $66/mo with annual billing selectedBest for: Technical founders whose marketing is mostly a daily X and LinkedIn habit

    GrowthGPT

An AI growth agent for performance marketing only — it plans, launches and optimises ad campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok inside the limits you set. The dedicated version of the paid-ads specialist Enrich keeps for Enterprise.

    Pros
    • Paid ads are the whole product, on the entry plan — not a specialist you request on Enterprise
    • You set the spend limits up front, and every action stays visible
    • Published plans: Root is $99/mo at its launch price, for accounts spending under $30k a month on ads (read 2026-09-11)
    Cons
    • Ads only — no content, SEO, social posting or email
    • Launch pricing: Root's regular price is $149/mo and Bloom's is $399/mo, so budget for the step up
    • Its pricing page states no trial terms
Pricing: Root $99/mo (launch; regular $149), Bloom $299/mo (launch; regular $399), Redwood from a $999 access feeBest for: Stores and apps whose growth runs through Meta, Google and TikTok ads

The honest framing: Enrich Labs sells two things under one name — Helena, a generalist agent on its self-serve plans, and a cast of channel specialists that its own pricing page reserves for Enterprise. Which alternative fits depends on which of those you came for. If you wanted Helena and she is doing the job, stay: one agent across content, ads, SEO and email from $39 a month is a coherent offer, and it already connects to Shopify and Klaviyo, which matters for an online store. If you came for the specialists, the real question is who puts them on a plan you can buy today.

If you want the whole team on a self-serve plan, with approval as the default — AgentCeres. See pricing or how it works. If you want to start without paying Okara, whose free tier costs you an afternoon. If social is the whole job — Ollie. If paid ads are the whole job — GrowthGPT, and set the spend limit before anything else. Comparing the wider category first? Our Mega alternatives roundup covers the agency-replacement end of it.

How we checked. Every price and plan detail here was read on the vendor's own site on 11 September 2026, never from a roundup. Reading Enrich's pages side by side is what surfaced the specialist split: the homepage introduces Helena with Sam, Kai, Angela and Paul, the pricing page puts those four under Enterprise, and the self-serve plans are Helena. The integration headline moves from page to page as well — the homepage, the pricing FAQ and the integrations page each give a different total — which is a good reason to check the three or four tools you actually use rather than the number. Credits need the same care. Enrich charges per task (one credit for a basic task, two for a blog article, twelve or more for a short video), while our credits are simply a display of the model usage your work consumes, so a raw credit count means nothing from one vendor to the next. Price a normal month of your own work instead.

One thing we learned the hard way. We built AgentCeres approval-first. In the days after we added an opt-in Auto mode, almost every approval request in our system was sitting unanswered — drafted posts waiting on owners who had stopped opening the page where approvals live — and of the first handful of people who found the new switch, half turned it on within seconds. Approving everything and approving nothing both fail a busy founder. When you compare these products, ask two narrower questions: what stays gated after you stop paying attention (for us, anything that spends money), and where you can see afterwards what actually ran.

FAQ

How much does Enrich Labs (Helena) cost?
Read on 11 September 2026: Starter is $39 a month for one brand and one seat, Pro is $99 with team seats available, and Pro Plus, for multiple brands, is $199, with extra seats or brands at $39 a month on the plans that offer them. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial, annual billing saves 25%, and Enterprise is priced per customer. Each plan carries a monthly credit allowance — 200 on Starter, 700 on Pro and 2,000 on Pro Plus — that resets on the first of the month, with top-ups on demand. Tasks draw it down at one credit for a basic task, two for a blog article, three for a campaign, and 12 or 24 for a short video depending on its length.
Are Sam, Angela, Paul and Kai included in Enrich Labs' Starter plan?
Not according to its own pricing page. Read on 11 September 2026, Sam (SEO and GEO), Angela (email), Paul (paid ads) and Kai (social listening) appear only under Enterprise, as specialist agents on request, and the page's FAQ describes Helena as the generalist who coordinates while Enterprise teams get the specialists with custom onboarding. Starter, Pro and Pro Plus are Helena. That is a legitimate way to package a product, but it is worth knowing before you buy on the strength of a homepage that introduces all of them. If specialists on a self-serve plan are the point, AgentCeres includes its whole roster on every plan and in the trial; if paid ads are the only specialist you need, GrowthGPT's entry plan is exactly that.
How is AgentCeres different from Enrich Labs?
There are four differences that matter. Specialists: ours are included on every plan and in the trial, where Enrich keeps its named specialists for Enterprise. Trial: 14 days with no card, against three days. Control: posts, outreach and ad-spend changes wait for your approval by default and leave an audit trail, with an opt-in Auto mode that never covers spending, while Helena offers a choice between reviewing before she publishes and publishing automatically. Coverage: Enrich connects to far more tools, Shopify among them, and our Shopify connection is not live yet; we run Reddit, creator and PR work as specialist roles and work in eight languages. An online store that wants one generalist agent may be better served by Helena; a founder who wants a team and an approval trail, by us.
