Best Pomo AI alternatives in 2026

By Jake Luo · Published Oct 15, 2026

Pomo (usepomo.ai) is an AI marketing platform that calls itself "your AI marketing team, on shift daily": it watches your market, competitors and social conversation, turns what it finds into briefs, creative and campaigns for Google, Meta and TikTok, and launches what you approve. It also reads your own sales, inventory and point-of-sale files, drafts PR angles and models channel contribution. Its founders came from Google DeepMind and Databricks, and it announced a $4.5M seed round led by Kindred Ventures in April 2026. Read on its own site on 15 October 2026: Core is $99 a month, Accelerate $299 and Mach-1 $1,999, with a 7-day free trial on the first two, and a Managed Service, in which Pomo's own marketers run it for you, is $1,499 a month on a quarterly commit.

This page is about Pomo the marketing platform, made by MachFlow, Inc. — not the Pomodoro timer apps that share its name. People look past it for one of four reasons: they have no website yet, and Pomo works from a store, ad accounts and sales data they do not have; they want a free plan or a cheaper start than $99; they want posts on X, LinkedIn or Reddit, where Pomo publishes organically to Instagram and Facebook today; or they only need one half of it — the competitor intelligence or the AI-answer tracking. If you sell products, have sales and inventory data to feed it, and want market and competitor signals turned into Google, Meta and TikTok campaigns you approve — or want marketers to run it for you — Pomo is built for exactly that. AgentCeres is the pick for the first two reasons: it builds and hosts your website and runs SEO, social and ads agents, with a free plan.

The shortlist

  1. Enrich Labs (Helena)

    Top pick

Helena, an AI digital marketing agent that plans, creates and ships content, ads, SEO and email, with specialist agents for SEO, social listening, email and paid ads on Enterprise.

    Pros
    • The same $99 as Pomo Core buys Pro: Google and Meta campaigns built and run, weekly spend and keyword audits, full email flows and Google Business Profile management
    • Writes 1,500–2,000-word SEO posts and publishes them straight to WordPress, Shopify or Webflow
    • Starter is $39 a month for one brand and 200 credits, Pro Plus $199 for several brands; annual billing saves 25% (enrichlabs.ai/pricing, read 2026-10-15)
    Cons
    • A 3-day free trial, the shortest on this page
    • Kai, its social-listening agent, is on Enterprise only — the market-watching half of Pomo is not on the self-serve plans
    • Credits go fast on video: a 4–12-second clip costs 12 of Starter's 200
    Pricing:
    $39, $99 or $199/mo; Enterprise custom
    Best for:
Small businesses that want ads, SEO posts and email run by one agent
  2. AgentCeres

AgentCeres — the AI Growth Officer — is a managed AI marketing team, with research, SEO, GEO, social, ads, PR and community agents, that also builds and hosts your website.

    • Growth Officer
    • Research agent
    • SEO agent
    • Social media agent
    • Ads agent
    • Influencer agent

The whole team, on every planSee the team →
    Pros
    • Builds, publishes and hosts your website and reports its visits and form submissions — the step Pomo assumes is already done
    • Posts to X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and Pinterest, with SEO and GEO agents for search and AI answers
    • A free plan, a 14-day trial with no card, then $39 or $99 a month with every agent on every plan
    Cons
    • Competitor tracking is a weekly competitor-watch report, not a live feed of competitors' ads and offers
    • No marketing-mix modelling, and no plan in which human marketers work the account for you, as Pomo's Managed Service does
    • In a connected ad account every change is a card you approve; nothing tunes campaigns between your check-ins
    Pricing:
    Free plan; $39–$99/mo
    Best for:
Founders who need a website and the marketing around it, before there is data to analyse
  3. Profound

An AI-search visibility platform — how your brand and competitors show up in ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and other answer engines — with an AI Marketer agent that researches, writes and reports.

    Pros
    • Tracks up to nine answer engines on Enterprise, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot and Claude
    • Agent Analytics measures AI-sourced traffic to your domains, with integrations from Cloudflare and Vercel to WordPress
    • A free trial runs 50 prompts daily for 7 days across ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, with unlimited seats (tryprofound.com/pricing, read 2026-10-15)
    Cons
    • After the trial, brand pricing is "Custom" — a demo, not a price
    • Trial prompts are a recommended set for your industry; you cannot edit them until Enterprise
    • Its pricing page lists no ad launching or social publishing; it covers the AI-answer part of Pomo's job, not the campaigns
    Pricing:
    Free 7-day trial; Enterprise custom
    Best for:
Brands whose main question is how they appear in AI answers
  4. Crayon

Competitive-intelligence software: it monitors competitors, summarizes and scores the news about them, and turns it into battlecards for sales teams.

    Pros
    • Competitor monitoring with AI news summaries and importance scoring, delivered to your inbox each morning
    • Battlecards inside Salesforce, Slack and Highspot, plus win/loss analysis and influenced-revenue reporting
    • Pomo's own comparison blog says to buy Crayon or Klue when the reader of the intel is a seller in a deal — the honest split on this page
    Cons
    • No published price: crayon.co/pricing redirects to an estimate request form (read 2026-10-15)
    • Built for B2B sales enablement, not for making or launching campaigns
    • No ads, social publishing or creative generation
    Pricing:
    No published price
    Best for:
B2B teams that need competitor intel in their sellers' hands

Pomo starts from data you already have. Its first week, in its own FAQ, is setting up company profiles, naming competitors and connecting context; its inputs are ad accounts, Shopify, Square, Klaviyo, GA4 and uploaded order, shipment and inventory files; and it says it is less useful for teams that "do not have an active product or campaign motion". That is honest, and it is the dividing line on this page. About three quarters of the people who sign up to AgentCeres arrive wanting to build a website, i.e. before any of that data exists. If that is you, a market-intelligence engine has little to read yet; if you already have a store with sales and ad spend, it has a lot.

What $99 a month buys at the three that sell it. Pomo Core: one company profile, five competitors, two seats, ten videos of up to 10 seconds, and campaign launch and ad optimization on Google, Meta and TikTok; Accelerate, at $299, adds monitoring that turns observed CAC and ROAS movement into prioritized recommendations. Enrich Labs Pro: 700 credits a month (a social post or ad creative is 1, a short video 12), Google and Meta ads with weekly audits, and email flows. AgentCeres Plus: every agent, a hosted website, and the same agents on the $39 Starter plan. Ad spend is paid to the ad networks on top of all of them.

How we checked. Read on 15 October 2026: usepomo.ai, its pricing page, FAQ, the plan details in its markup, its about page (which lists the seed-round coverage) and its Crayon-vs-Klue comparison; enrichlabs.ai and its pricing page; tryprofound.com/pricing; and crayon.co, whose pricing link opens an estimate form. For another agent that runs ads, SEO and email, see Enrich Labs alternatives; for local shops, see Pie alternatives. On our side, competitor watching is the job of our Research agent.

FAQ

How much does Pomo cost?
Read on usepomo.ai on 15 October 2026: Core is $99 a month ($999 billed yearly) for one company profile, five competitors, two seats and ten short videos a month; Accelerate is $299 a month ($2,990 yearly) for three profiles, five seats, 30 videos, social prospecting, influencer workflows and ad monitoring that turns CAC and ROAS movement into recommendations; Mach-1 is $1,999 a month ($19,990 yearly) for agencies and portfolios, with approval workflows. Core and Accelerate have a 7-day free trial. Managed Service, where Pomo's marketers operate it for you, is $1,499 a month with a quarterly commit and $999 onboarding; Enterprise is custom. Ad spend is extra.
Is Pomo the Pomodoro timer?
No. This Pomo is the AI marketing platform at usepomo.ai, whose site gives its legal name as MachFlow, Inc., based in San Francisco. Several Pomodoro focus-timer apps also use the name Pomo; they have nothing to do with marketing.
Does Pomo launch campaigns without approval?
Not by its own description. Its homepage says nothing launches without your approval, its FAQ says teams review budgets, targeting, creative and platform settings before spend goes live, and Instagram and Facebook posts wait for your approval too. Mach-1 adds formal approval workflows and change management for teams. Its FAQ also says it is not a fit for completely hands-off marketing with no review.
Does Pomo build a website?
Its pages describe product detail page copy and creative, and recommendations for answer-ready pages, but no website builder or hosting — it expects you to have a site and a store already. AgentCeres builds, publishes and hosts the site and reports its visits and form submissions; Enrich Labs publishes blog posts into a CMS you already run.
