The connection works only with seller accounts on the Brazilian marketplace, Mercado Livre Brasil. Once it's in place, your agents read the newest buyer questions on your listings and go deeper when a task calls for it: your active and paused listings, a single listing's details, visits across your listings for a date range, recent orders, and your question response time. AgentCeres renews the authorization automatically; if Mercado Livre ever ends it — because you revoked access or renewed your app's Secret Key, for example — you reconnect from the same page.

Buyers tend to ask right before they decide — about size, compatibility, delivery or stock — so it drafts clear answers grounded in the listing itself and in answers you've already given, and proposes each one as an approval card. Once approved, the answer is posted publicly on the listing, where every future buyer can read it. Your Research agent reads the commercial picture: which listings draw questions but few orders, how total visits move against sales, where a title or price might be holding a listing back, and how your response time is trending.
Listing changes follow the same path. An agent can propose a new title, a new price, a new available quantity, or pausing and reactivating a listing — only the fields in the proposal change. It can't close a listing, because closing is permanent on Mercado Livre. Each change runs once it's approved, by you or automatically if you've switched on Auto mode for that project, so answering questions and keeping listings current keeps moving without you living in the seller dashboard.
