How AgentCeres uses Calendly
AgentCeres uses Calendly for one thing: minting booking links for outreach. It doesn't read your calendar or your bookings. It looks up your account and its list of event types so it can mint a link for the right one — you tell the agent which event type to offer (the 15-minute intro, the demo, the discovery call), and when it's drafting outbound it mints a booking link for that event type to include. The link is a single-use scheduling URL. It reaches no one on its own and changes nothing in your Calendly account; no event is created, no invitee is added, no settings are touched, so minting it runs directly, without an approval card.
That link only matters because it travels inside outreach. Your Influencer agent drops a booking link into a DM or outreach note to a creator or partner, so an interested reply has a one-click way to book a call instead of a back-and-forth on times. Your AI Growth Officer does the same in an outbound email it drafts for you. In both cases, sending the email or message is proposed on an approval card with the link sitting inside the copy, and it goes out once that card is approved. By default you review it and approve it with one click; if you turn on Auto mode for a workspace, its cards are approved automatically. The booking link never goes out on its own; it goes out only as part of a message whose card was approved.
The honest value is a small but real piece of friction removed. Instead of you pasting the right Calendly link into every outreach draft, the agent mints a fresh link for the event type you chose and puts it in the draft — and because sending the message is approval-gated, the link shows up on the message's approval card along with the copy around it. Each booking link ships inside the message it was minted for, so the approved card is the record of what went out and to whom.
