AgentCeres uses Instantly to set up cold-email campaigns, add leads and switch campaigns on. The only campaign data it reads is what the card for switching a campaign on shows — the campaign's name, status, first subject line and lead counts; it does not pull reply rates or other results.

The two steps that start emails are each proposed on an approval card: adding leads (the card lists the prospects and their copy) and switching a campaign on (the card shows the campaign, how many leads it holds and its first subject line). Each runs once its card is approved. If you turn on Auto mode for a workspace, its cards are approved automatically.

Switching the campaign on is proposed on its own card, which shows the campaign, how many leads it holds and its first subject line: switching on emails every lead in the campaign, including any you added in Instantly yourself, and a lead added to a campaign that is already on is emailed straight away. By default you review each card and approve it with one click; if you turn on Auto mode for a workspace, its cards are approved automatically.
No specialist on your team is dedicated to cold outbound, so your AI Growth Officer does the work around that card itself: it writes the sequence in your voice, sets up the campaign inside Instantly, and assembles the lead list with a personalized line for each prospect.
