Create the app
Open api.slack.com/apps, click Create New App → From an app manifest, select your workspace, then Next.

Paste the manifest
Select the JSON tab, paste the manifest below, then Next → Review → Create.

Install to your workspaceInstall App
Open Install App in the left sidebar → Install to Workspace → approve the scopes.

Copy the bot tokenOAuth & Permissions
Copy the Bot User OAuth Token — it starts with xoxb-.
